So, I finally got my chapters to go through last night, and here we are again at the waiting game. FF.net has decided to start giving me error messages again, so I suppose all I can do is wait it out and see if it stops being crazy and lets me submit the next chapter of Asking Too Much for my ff.net readers.
On a happier note: The voting has begun for the twigirlsnextdoor's Will You Marry Me? contest, in which I am an entrant. I'm pretty satisfied with my entry, In Love With Another. You can find it on Twilighted.net and FF.net, read it, and vote for it here:

You can vote for two fics, so I encourage you to read my competition, and vote for the two entries you find most deserving! Until then, I'll be sitting here with my fingers crossed!

Annoyances of FF.net
Now I remember why I usually stick to Twilighted.net. The whole idea of the upload manager for FF.net seemed, well, maybe not complicated, but definitely a hassel. Saving and uploading each chapter individually and all when all I have to do with Twilighted is copy and paste.
Another thing? I've tried at least ten times to post the third chapter of Asking Too Much on FF.net. First it kept giving me an error message, but then I got it to download, so it was in the system, but as soon as I added it on as a chapter to the story, it won't show up.
It sends me the confirmation e-mail and everything, and I can click on it and see it, but it's filled with little Japanese symbols and won't show up if you go to it through my profile. I've went through the process SO MANY TIMES now, and I still can't get it to work. I tried changing the font, saving it differently, and everything, but nothing will work, and it's really ticking me off.
So, what am I going to do ? Sulk.
And hope it works later. Before I'm tempted to toss the computer.

It All Started
So, I tried and failed at Twitter for several reasons.
1. I hate the word count limit for each post. I can never say everything I need to say in so many words. I like rambling.
2. I needed more space, the opportunity to add pics as I want to share all the awesome banners I've accumulated for fics, and I also wanted to be able to post little blurgs for each fic in order to shamelessly plug myself.
3. I generally just have no idea how to work Twitter.
Thus, here I am, forging my way into the blogging world. Over the next few days I hope to get this place looking nice and learn my way around things. Hopefully, this goes better than my brief Twitter experience.
Now that I've made my establishing post, it's all uphill from here, right?
